Our Banquet Hall, which was completed in 2011, is conveniently located near the intersections of Rt. 20 and Rt. 98 in the heart of Fairview. Being located only 1 mile from Interstate 90 allows for quick and easy access to most of Erie, yet away from the congestion of the city. Our facility is also located only 2 miles from Avonia Beach, which is a popular spot for bridal pictures overlooking beautiful Lake Erie.
Our Hall can accommodate up to 180 people (with a dance floor). It is handicapped accessible, with plenty of parking for your guests. Alcohol is permitted.

Costs & Requirements
- 1-49 people is $250*
- 50-74 people is $325*
- 75-99 people is $425*
- 100 and over is $525*
- Lobby or meeting room: $175 for four hours
*Includes use of kitchen.
Non-profit organizations have a special rate. Smaller rooms are available to rent for small groups of 30 and under.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required at the time of reservation. A security deposit of $150 is required, refunded after the event. If there is alcohol at the event, a certified bartender is required along with a certificate of homeowners insurance.
A contract is required at the time of reservation that stipulates all regulations and details of what is needed for the event.
Place settings (dinner plate, salad bowl, desert plate, coffee mug, water glass & silverware) are .50 per item or $3.00 per setting.
